About

Hi, I'm Krishna.

I've spent my career on both sides of the carrier's desk. As CIO of a multi-state P&C carrier, I owned the systems, the budget, and the outcome. As a services executive, I built and ran insurance practices and led pursuits on major P&C and reinsurance accounts.

That double vantage point is what this notebook is about. I know what the vendor pitch sounds like, and I know what it sounds like to sit in the chair across the table — where the pilot has to survive Monday morning, the examiners, and the budget cycle.

I'm writing The Insurance AI Operating System — the book on getting AI into production in insurance, with every consequential decision named, owned, and defensible. The daily essays here are its first draft, written in public.

This is a personal publication. I write every word here myself. The views are mine, not my employer's, not any client's, not any vendor's.

Independent by design. No company names appear here — no employers, no clients, no vendors. That's deliberate. This notebook answers to readers, not to any organization's marketing calendar.
